What is Creativity?

So what makes this art?
                       Everything.
    I believe that creativity can be found in everything and anything. For one, this bike is branded with something I have never seen in my life. That makes it unique. The bike has some sense of style to it, seeing as it is all white and it is locked in a un-boring fashion; not locked to a bike stand, but a fence. The owner also expressed his or her own style by hanging a figurine on the back of the bicycle seat. This is art.

        Although anything can be art, or artistic, I do not believe that this is very creative. It is a blurry picture of a pretzel on the ground someone probably carelessly dropped. It is litter and trash. Maybe someone like me or another person may step on it and slip.
